(1) There is a vent hole on the top of the mixing bowl cover. Please clean it to ensure that it is not blocked by impression powder and other sundries.

(2) The weight of each mixing (total weight of water and impression powder) should be 25g-75g. If the weight of the mixture is out of this range, the noise of the machine will increase, and there will even be abnormal noises such as impacts, which may damage the machine in severe cases.

(3) The optimal mixing weight designed for this machine is 58g , which is the best state of the machine at this time.

(4) For the ratio of impression powder and water during mixing, please refer to the standard of the impression powder manufacturer. The supplied water bottle can help measure the amount of water required. Unscrew the bottle body and fill it with mixing water. After tightening, squeeze the bottle body by hand to measure the amount of water (you can also use the special instrument provided by the impression powder manufacturer to measure. According to our experience, a slight increase in the proportion of water will make The mixed impression powder is more delicate, but this will slightly increase the curing time).

(5) The temperature of the stirring water should be 10-20°C, otherwise the curing time will be shortened, which is not conducive to operation (especially in summer).
